- Deadline for teams to apply the with 40% discount to Maia Handball Cup 2026 – 22st International Tournament.

- Deadline for teams to apply with discount 20% to Maia Handball Cup 2026

- Deadline for the teams to apply to Maia Handball Cup 2026
- Deadline for the payment of participation fees

- The participant countries must send their national flags.
- The teams must send the list of participants and photos. The permits are issued.

- 09:00 to 12:00 – Check in of the participant teams that will receive all the information and documents about the tournament. Payment of the fee for team’s that required accommodation by the organization.
- 14:00 – Technical Meeting.
- 15:00 – Parade and opening ceremony of Maia Handball Cup 2026
- 16:00 – Beginning of the matches – 1st phase

July 9 a 10
- Matches 2nd phase and selection of places
July 11
- 08:00 to 20:00 – Matches 2nd phase, selection of places and finals
- 23:30 – Final Party, Check out and End
